Installation Instructions
You can access The Bible App (YouVersion) from your phone, computer or tablet. Installation instructions are provided here by YouVersion.
Search Order
The "search" feature does not bring the plans up in a set order. It's a bit random. To see the 20 plans in order with a brief description, you can view the article "Sequential List of MYLC Plans."
App Search Instructions
Once an installed (phone or table), open the app and follow these steps to to find our devotionals. (Browser search instructions are below)
Step One: Bring Up Plan Search Feature
- Click the "Plans" link in the App.
- And then click the "Discover" box to find new plans.
- Click the "Magnifying Glass" search icon.
Step Two: Search for Making Your Life Count
- Enter the letters "MYLC" in the search box. Do NOT enter the full phrase "Making Your Life Count" because it will bring up everything that contains those four words - which is a lot.
- Click on the Search function to run the search.
Step Three: Select the Desired Lesson
This should bring up a listing of all of our current lessons. It will look like this. Simply select the plan you wish to go to. At this time, they do not appear in order. We have no control over that. Scroll down to find the desired study.
Step Four: Optional More Direct Search
If you wish to find a specific lesson use "MYLC" along with one key word. For example to find "Talking With God" type in "MYLC talking". It may not bring you to the exact lesson, but it will be a shorter list. And most likely the lesson you are looking for should be at the top.
If you include two words (i.e. "MYLC talking God") the search engine then goes beyond MYLC and starts bringing in other lessons. The key thing to look for is the fact that all of our lessons will have the "Yellow" banner and the "m" logo in the lower left corner.
